Terms of payment

You can pay for your order by e-banking (paysera), bank transfer or cash, please specify the method of your choice when placing your order.

If you are paying by bank transfer, you will find your bank details in your order confirmation letter at the bottom right hand side. We will dispatch the goods as soon as we receive the order. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please check if it has been sent to your spam folder (this often happens to @gmail.com users).

Delivery methods

You can choose the following delivery methods:

• Courier (8.00 – 17.00). Please make sure to include the correct telephone number where you can be contacted. Please note that couriers deliver on weekdays, during working hours (8.00 – 17.00), so please provide the address where you will be able to receive the goods.
• Post Offices (Omniva). Please specify in the order notes which post office you would like to receive your parcel at. You will receive an SMS on the phone number you provide and can collect your goods at a time convenient for you. We may charge an additional fee for incorrect delivery information, if the courier cannot find or contact you and the goods are returned to us, or if the goods are not collected from an Omniva post office within the time limit.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 3-5 working days after we receive payment for the goods.

Delivery cost

Delivery by courier fee 4,00 Eur.

We deliver free of charge to Omniva post offices.

Returning goods

If you wish to return the purchased goods, you can do so within 7 (seven) working days by informing us at info@edalis.lt. In the event that the reason for returning the goods is faulty quality, we shall be obliged to replace the faulty goods with goods of suitable quality at our own expense or to refund the money paid for the goods.
